Dear Martin,
I want to take a few minutes to thank you for your guidance, support and generous sharing of knowledge. Without you and the community of professionals that I have discovered since attending your school, I don't think there's any way I could have made it to this place in my faux finishing career this quickly, if at all.
When I began looking for a faux finishing school, I was overwhelmed by all of the choices available. I considered several, but kept returning to your website. Something told me it was the standard by which I should measure all the others. It was farther away from me than some, and more expensive than some, but I couldn't help thinking it was where I should go.
What a great choice I made. I never dreamed that one week at your school would change my life as it did. I left with a box full of beautiful finishes, but more importantly I came away feeling sure that I could really do this for a living. On this solid foundation, I took my leap of faith and started my business. I returned for the advanced and specialty classes you offer and each time left with new skills and greater confidence.
You never told us it would be easy, and you were right not to. There's no doubt that I've worked very hard, but I've also worked smart and I have you to thank for that. Looking back on the years that have just flown by, I am amazed by how much I have accomplished. What's even more exciting is that I know this coming year will be better, and the next one even better than that. For the first time in my life, I truly love what I am doing!
