Day 11 Rome and Vatican City
This morning, our local guide, using an audio system, will take us to Vatican City to visit the Sistine Chapel where we will view the ceiling of Michelangelo.
Then we will visit St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican.  Afterwards we will cross the Tiber River to overlook the Forum. The Roman Forum (Forum Romanum) was the main area of ancient Rome. |

This square is surrounded by some of the most ancient Roman monuments and is also the origin of the first Latin population 2600 years ago. The Forum was the center of political and social activity. From here, we will view the Circus Maximus...Where the famed chariot races took place ...., |

 and then its to the incredible Colosseum where famed gladiators fought to the death!
The rest of the day is open for you to enjoy Rome.... tonight though... we all enjoy a Farewell Dinner together before we depart for home in the morning!

Day 12 - Depart for USA
What an incredible week it has been....New friends...new memories that will last a lifetime!
